Health Benefits : In one word this is the greatest spice or herb that is believed worldwide to be having good effects on our Body. In the ancient tradition of Indian Medicine namely Ayurveda, Turmeric is used for therapy to cure many diseases. Turmeric is also used as a dye. In South of India, They are used as dye in Sari (typical dress of South Indian women). Paper is made out of Turmeric powder which is used as an indicator to measure the PH level of any liquid.
